Pensamientos Positivos Para El Fin Del Año

POSITIVE THOUGHTS FOR THE END OF THE YEAR

It’s incredible the capacity of thoughts of the human mind … as we all are able to remember important details in our lives; we remember what happened a few hours ago, a days, weeks, and even years ago.

We bring this up, because we are on dates close to Christmas and the New Year, dates that make us remember and miss so many things and people that unfortunately are no longer with us. Nevertheless, have you analyzed and made a consensus of those memories? Are they painful, sorrow, regret or despair?

These are some questions to think about, especially because many of us, who came to this country a few or many years ago, have lost something or someone. For example, people have lost loved ones: our mother, father, siblings, couples or friends; also some have lost their health (e.i: cancer, diabetes, AIDS, etc.) or material possessions, jobs or being HIV negative.

What is it about us humans that persist in tormenting ourselves with negative thoughts for loved ones and things are no longer with us? Why the eagerness to continue hurting our feelings? Why keep remembering the painful moments for someone or something which is gone? Why not remember all the happiness we shared with that person or that something that was very important in our lives? Why not remember all those with a smile and not tears?

This article is not meant to judge anyone for anything, but alone is to analyze the effect on our lives from negative thoughts. If doing this operation, you conclude that you need help to handle all the load of emotions; we invite you to come and be part of BIENESTAR.
